Michele Mitchell joined the Teach For America Jacksonville staff in the summer of 2013, Michele spent three years teaching an amazing group of 8th graders science content, but eventually chose to return home to impact her local community. She is currently pursuing her master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and, when not in school or at work, can be found shaking her tail feather at her hip hop Zumba class.
