Bridge Walk & Coffee Talk

What better way to start off a Fall weekend in Duval than with coffee at Chamblin’s plus a brisk loop around the iconic Acosta and Main Street Bridges? Alumni, current CMs, friends, family, kids, and dogs are ALL welcome! We’ll begin and end at Chamblin’s Uptown, 215 N Laura St – remember, downtown street parking is free on weekends. The walk itself starts promptly at 10:30am with the loop taking about 30-45min depending on your speed (all paces encouraged to attend). If you’d like to cut your walk short or turn it into a full-blown run, that’s cool too! The goal is simply to carve out some time for personal wellness while building community with one another. Email the Alumni Board Wellness Chair, Jaime at jaditman@gmail.com with any questions – RSVPs appreciated as well!

Yellow House

Yellow House is a place where art + action creates change. The space serves as a catalyst for personal and collective growth by displaying thought-provoking exhibitions, hosting public events, and promoting community dialogue. Yellow House will explore topics as varied as racial and gender equity, universal human rights, environmental sustainability, and the untold stories of people and neighborhoods that have shaped our history. Yellow House is more than a physical space; it is a hub for educational outreach and collaborations among artists, writers, organizations, and communities.
